If they realize that they need to improve some skills, there are a lot of universities or organizations who offer classes to help women to get back on their career tracks.
- Every generation is different and uses different ways to get into contact with employers. The best way, according to Maggie, is to be able to do a mix of things and to combine different ways: face to face, by phone, online or by mail.
